If we cannot deliver your order, or deliver the wrong amount, we will either redeliver or refund — your choice where both are possible.
When you are covered

How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- PayPal: usually within 3–5 business days.
- USDT / crypto: sent to the address you give us, minus network fees. Please double-check the address and network.
- Bank transfer: to the account that paid, minus any bank charges.
How to ask
Open your order page and choose Report a problem, use the contact form, or email support@aion2shop.com with your order number. We aim to answer during service hours.
Payment disputes
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal — we resolve genuine problems faster than a chargeback does.
