This policy explains how AION2Shop ("we") handles personal data when you use AION2Shop. Contact for privacy requests: support@aion2shop.com.
What we collect
- Order data: email address, character name, server, faction, optional Discord name, order contents and payment status.
- Payment data: we do not see or store card numbers. Card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider. For crypto we record the transaction hash and amount.
- Support data: messages you send us through the contact form, chat or email, and any files you attach.
- Technical data: IP address, approximate country, browser and device type, used for security, fraud prevention and to show the right currency.
- Attribution data: the campaign or link that brought you to the site, so we know which channels work.

Who we share it with
We share data only as needed with: payment providers (for example PayPal), email delivery services, hosting and infrastructure providers, fraud-prevention tools, and analytics providers if you consented. Our delivery agents can see the character name, server and order details needed to complete a delivery. We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some providers are located outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax, dispute and fraud-prevention purposes, typically several years. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and handle any follow-up. Analytics data is kept according to the provider's settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email support@aion2shop.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security
Connections use HTTPS, access to order data is limited to staff who need it, and staff actions are logged.
Children
The service is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we make material changes we will update the date above.
