Delivery methods
Face-to-face trade
The fastest and most common method. An agent meets you in-game and trades Kinah directly.
In-game mail
Kinah is sent to your mailbox — ideal if you are offline. Mail delivery can take a little longer.
Auction house
For very large amounts on some servers. The agent lists an item at an agreed price for you to buy.
Payments
Prices are locked for 15 minutes once you start checkout, and your Kinah is reserved while you pay.

How fast is delivery?
We aim to start delivery within minutes of payment being confirmed during service hours. The estimate for your server is shown before you pay, and you can follow the status live on your order page.
How will I receive my Kinah?
You choose at checkout: face-to-face trade, mail, or auction house. An agent contacts you in-game or on Discord, delivers, and uploads a screenshot as proof that appears on your order page.
Is it safe for my account?
We never ask for your password or login — only your character name. Buying in-game currency can be restricted by the game's terms, so you decide whether to take that risk. AION2Shop cannot control actions taken by the game publisher.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The methods available for your order are listed at checkout and can include PayPal, USDT (TRC20) and bank transfer. See the Payment Methods page for details.
What if something goes wrong?
Open your order page and click "Report a problem", chat with an agent there, or use our contact form. If we cannot deliver, we redeliver or refund to your original payment method. See the Refund Policy for details.
