How delivery works
Once payment is confirmed, your order enters our delivery queue. An agent contacts your character in game using the method you chose, hands over the Kinah and uploads screenshots as proof. You can follow the status on your order page.
Delivery methods
- Face-to-face trade: an agent sends a trade request and hands over the amount. Fastest option for most orders.
- In-game mail: the amount is sent to your character's mailbox.
- Auction house: you list an item at an agreed price and the agent buys it. Suitable for large orders.
Which methods are offered depends on the server and amount you choose.
Timing
The estimate shown at checkout starts when payment is confirmed. Card and PayPal payments confirm within minutes; crypto payments confirm after the network confirms the transaction; bank transfers are confirmed manually during service hours. Delivery outside agent hours, during game maintenance or server queues can take longer.
What you need to do
- Enter the character name, server and faction exactly.
- Be online, or check your mailbox, at the time you are contacted.
- Make sure the character has enough free space to receive the trade and is not restricted from trading.
- Confirm receipt on your order page. If you do not respond, the order is marked complete automatically 24 hours after delivery, once the delivery evidence is uploaded.
Proof of delivery
Every delivery is documented with in-game screenshots visible on your order page. If something looks wrong, use Report a problem and we will investigate.
