USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) is popular for online purchases because it is fast and the fees are low. If you have never sent one before, follow these steps.
Before you start
- Have USDT in a wallet or exchange account that supports TRC20 withdrawals.
- Have a little TRX in the same wallet if you are sending from a personal wallet. TRON charges network fees in TRX (exchange withdrawals usually take the fee from the amount).
- Have your order page open so you can copy the details.
Step by step
- Create your order and choose USDT (TRC20) at checkout.
- Copy the address and note the exact amount. Use the copy button; never retype an address.
- In your wallet or exchange choose Withdraw / Send, coin USDT, network TRON (TRC20).
- Paste the address and enter the exact amount. If your exchange deducts a withdrawal fee, add it so the amount that arrives matches.
- Confirm and wait. The transfer normally confirms in a few minutes and the order page updates automatically.
The mistakes that cost money
