After your payment is confirmed, an agent delivers your order by hand. Here is what to expect.
The three delivery methods
Face-to-face trade is the fastest: the agent sends a trade request in game, you accept, and the Kinah is handed over. Stay online and check that your character is somewhere it can trade.
In-game mail suits players who cannot be online at delivery time. The amount arrives in your character's mailbox and you collect it when you log in.
Auction house is used for large orders. You list an item at a price agreed with the agent, and the agent buys it. The Kinah arrives as the sale proceeds.
Which options you see depends on the server and the amount.
Timeline
- Order created — your price is locked while you pay.
- Payment confirmed — automatic for PayPal and USDT, manual for bank transfer.
- Queued — a delivery agent is assigned.
- In delivery — the agent contacts your character.
- Delivered — screenshots uploaded to your order page. You confirm receipt.
Make delivery smooth
- Double-check the character name, server and faction before paying.
- Stay logged in and watch for the trade request or check your mailbox.
- Join our Discord if you have it, so the agent can reach you quickly.
- If anything looks wrong, use Report a problem on your order page immediately.
